- Proof of ownership, such as the registration papers
- Your photo ID
- Your BSB and account number
- The keys, if you still have them
Before we tow
- Take out your belongings
- Remove the number plates and toll tag
- Cancel the rego with VicRoads, if it's registered
- Tell us if it's missing wheels or can't roll
